AFA Summer Music Festival
Summer Music Festival for Houston-area high-school students. Students perform two orchestral concerts, and also a chamber music concert. Students attend masterclasses and clinics, music theory and aural skills classes, and have elective options as well.
Aperio: West Side Story and Huapango
Aperio, Music of the Americas presents a program of Latin American orchestral showstoppers, featuring Lecuona’s virtuosic ‘Rapsodia Cubana’, ‘Huapango’ by Jose Pablo Moncayo, Leonard Bernstein’s ‘Symphonic Dances from West Side Story’, William Grant Still’s “Danzas de Panama”, and a world premiere by American composer Drew Zaremba.

Double Concerto Performance with Dawson High School Invited Percussion Ensemble Performance
Dawson High School Percussion Ensemble was invited to perform at the 2022 Texas Music Educators Association Convention. As part of the program, I was honored to perform Emmanual Sejourne’s Double Concerto for Marimba, Vibraphone, and Percussion Ensemble.
Additional Performances held at Dawson High School , and also alongside the University of Houston Percussion Ensembles at the Moores School of Music.
